Finish mech multiplayer
The ammo spawner and loading ammo still have some known bugs when playing in multiplayer that need to be iron out
Implement match making - this is a top priority for us after the mech itself is fully networked
Immersion update
Mech IK update - if you played our demo, you may have noticed that the mech legs don’t always align with the ground, this is something we plan on fixing
Player IK update - we plan on adding full body IK
Physical hands - currently your VR hands can clip through everything, we believe this breaks immersion and therefore plan on implementing physic-based hands
Bug Fixing and Optimization
While we feel like the game is relatively bug free in it’s current state, there are still many little ‘hiccups’ that could be improved on.
We are currently not happy with how optimized our game is. We are aware that frame rates are lower than desired on many computers, even our suggested hardware specs. We therefore plan on sinking a good amount of time into profiling and optimizing Steam Shot before early access.

Post Early Access: ???
Quest Release
Releasing on the Oculus store and allowing cross play is something we’ve always wanted to do, it’s just not something we are confident we can accomplish before our EA release
Survival Mode
While we can’t promise anything, we believe Steam Shot would greatly benefit from a survival game mode were you fought off endless waves of enemies, defending your trench until you fell.
It should be noted that any updates Post Early Access are dependent on how well this game is received. We would love to continue development on it and finish everything we’ve outlined here and more, but if the audience isn’t there, then we will most likely wrap up what already exists (finish incomplete features and patch bugs), release 1.0 and then move onto our next project. If you want to ensure we get to everything you’ve read here then please communicate that with us and share Steam Shot with your friends!
Thank you for taking the time to support us - without you we wouldn’t have a reason to make games!
